I purchased an item from SHEIN the seller was Yueyue151. The item received was very large so, I returned it and paid the USPS for shirt back. I reach out to SHEIN and they tell me that the seller sent them an image of the item returned and it was not the item I bought therefore, I do not qualify for a refund. This is such a scam move to keep customers money and not initiate a refund to customers. This is disgraceful and someone needs to follow up on this scam that the seller is doing I am sure I am not the only customer that this happens to.
