ordered a pair of shoes and was sent a completely different pair. Messaged about the discrepancy and requested a refund and return. They emailed back admitting they were out of stock of the shoes we ordered so they sent one similar and requested that if the shoes were still functional would we keep them and they would give us 10% refund and 10$ off a next purchase. Refused and they said I would be responsible for high international shipping costs to return. Refused that too since they intentionally sent the wrong item and they just stopped responding. Disputed with my bank and got my money from my bank. I recommend anyone do this for companies like this, just dispute it with your bank and show the email proof that they admit to sending the wrong item.
