I was shopping for a coat, this website came up and I ordered it. I put in my payment information and address. I have requested an update of my order with tracking information. I ordered on December 15, 2025 and their policy states that the order should take 6-8 business days from order to receipt. I have sent 3 emails through their website contact form, and the response offered me a 50% discount to order another item and did not acknowledge my specific request for tracking information. The next response was thanking for my patience, and they would escalate my concern to management. The website has no physical address and no phone number to contact for customer service. The very same coat and photos are on Amazon for half the price of what I paid. I am disputing the charge with my bank and want to confirm that this website is a scam.
