I have no account with Audible UK. I've never made an account or made purchases to this business. My credit was charged by this foreign business that I've never used. It is impossible to contact the right person regarding this issue. Amazon is the parent company and I summited a report to amazon regarding this but they show no suspicious activity because on my amazon management it shows my amazon account is not linked to any membership to audible. I have no idea how they got information on my American express card to charge when that card is not linked to my Amazon account. I do not wish to make an account with this business in order to chat with customer service, I fear the more info I give, the more information they have to make fraudulent charges.
