Ordered item from BestDealsMax and was totally inferior for price paid. They have no phone number and say it needs to be returned to China. They claim they will reimburse you but from all the reviews I have read you might as well save your time. The post office won't even accept it because it is a forbidden item for overseas shipping. They wanted pictures of item and the package it came in and I did as they asked. I have a dispute filed with my credit card company which is still in process. Almost all of the reviews I have read on this company have had the same issues. They claimed at first that they don't have a phone number and after many emails and insisting on a number they claimed that their phone lines were extra busy because of the holiday returns. So, they still have not provided a number. I may not win my dispute and I will probably have to chalk this one up to lesson learned but I hope that there is a way to stop this outfit from taking advantage of others. Thank you, **** *******
