Not thirty minutes later, I got a text message asking me to click on a link to verify a 12.00 appointment with some outfit called Life Sciences. I immediately deleted
the text. 10 or 15 minutes after that, another text, with something like "Mr Colisi, I'm running late for your appointment, etc." I noticed this text had a different telephone
number attached to it, but unfortunately, I deleted it also. I've been in the computer business for many years and tend to delete stuff like this very quickly. Forefront
never did return my call. My thinking is the answering service sold my telephone number to a hacker group, who immediately put it to work, trying to scam me.
