Brad Milligan was contracted to install and trim out 2 residential house projects and 1 office project for low voltage and security camera capabilities. Additionally he was paid for the equipment that he would be installing. He has yet to complete the work and has not furnished the equipment that was paid for. This is a recurring theme with Brad Milligan. he has been making excuses for nearly two months on why he cannot finish the work or furnish the equipment. He should not be trusted.
