I have multiple emails back and forth from them trying to get the information to ship the items back and get my correct one. They told me they could give me $9 back and I keep the item. (I spent $30 on the pair that was wrong). I emailed back and told them no, I wanted the correct pair. They then offered me $18. Emailed again and told them the same thing from the previous email. Then they said that's the best they could do and other crap.
