I ordered some lash serum, they took my money through my credit card, never sent my serum, I contacted them, they basically said was not possible to send a replacement, but said I was welcome to reorder at half price. I declined and requested a formal cancellation of my order. and any further orders they might try to deduct from my bank. I no longer trust them to send said products. I know 35.00 isnt a lot of money but Im almost 69 yo and cant afford to lose 35.00.
