An unnamed company is sending me letters with my mortgage company's name ("Community Savings Bank") requesting immediate response. However, when reading the fine print it says they are not affiliated with Community Savings Bank. I did call the number on the first letter and the representative began asking personal details about my home claiming it was a form of additional homeowners insurance coverage. I did not disclose and ended the call but have since received another letter stating its a time sensitive letter regarding my mortgage.
