I placed an order with Gesthetic.com on October 31st for a “Finding Jesus” doll. The order total was approximately $40, but my card was charged $56.65, which did not match the receipt.

I waited two weeks and never received the item. After contacting the company, I was told the item was misplaced and that a replacement would be sent. Weeks passed with no delivery.

I contacted them again and was told that yet another replacement would be sent. At that point, I requested a refund. The company refused, claiming the item had already shipped, despite never providing tracking and despite my request that no additional items be shipped.

As of January 5th, I have still not received any merchandise. The company continues to refuse a refund and repeatedly claims items were sent when none were received.

This appears to be a deceptive online retail operation, and I am reporting this to prevent other consumers from being scammed.
