I purchased 2 Grill mitts on 12/14/25 and received an email stating my product was on its' way. On December 22, i emailed the support email address online with an automated response and said that delivery was delayed due to the increase volume during the holidays. My husband called 1/1/26 to the number he found online and left a voicemail but no response. Bottom line, I've had no product, no real contact and they took my money for my purchase. Very disappointed. I went onto ScamPulse.com and found a ton of similar complaints so wanted to share my experience as well.. I have since reported to my bank as that is the only recourse i have to get my money back since this company went MIA
