The order was placed online. Received a confirmation for the order. Then received a shipping confirmation & tracking number. Tracking number mysteriously stopped tracking and showed invalid address return to sender. Contacted Halo Ring and they said there was nothing they could do and refused to refund the order or reship the order. The “return shipment” also mysteriously stopped tracking back to the shipping stating ‘missing address’.
