The item I received was a basic hiking stick missing the advertised components and features. I contacted the business to request a refund, but they refused despite the product being materially different from what was advertised.
I have photo evidence of the item received and screenshots of the website showing the advertised product and refund guarantee. I have also opened a dispute with my card issuer due to the merchant’s refusal to honor their policy.
