We keep getting papers and now a pink Big post type card saying Home warranty notification and they list a property code and address. and contact # 1-888-307-2037. on the paper mailed to us previously it listed our Bank. I told the guy we have home coverage with our home insurance CO. and he said that does not cover things that are in need ( furnace , home repairs, etc...)and started to argue with me that we need this insurance.. If I remember correctly I think they quoted $169.00 a month ( I dont think it was yearly , but monthly, I cant recall, I just got upset and hung up on him. We told him to stop mailing these notices . and I hung up. Now we get yet another mailing notification date Jan. 5, 2026 and to respond by Jan. 26, 2026 .I tried to call our bank as the name was shown on the last paper. and they cannot help or do anything to stop this person ( s). So I want the ScamPulse.com in Michigan to stop these people from mailing these notices. as they wont listen to us.to stop. I believe it is a Scam.
