I was on my computer and suddenly it crashed and came up on the screen to call Microsoft and gave me the number..I called and spoke to a guy named Sam Martin..After all the info I gave him including bank and debit card I was told I needed to buy 6 Apple gift cards totaling $3,000.I was so frustrated about my computer crashing I did it thinking that it would be fixed.He told me that my 3,000 would be refunded in my bank..this all took place on December 16th..After many calls to call him he kept giving me the runaround and finally stopped responding..so I have 6 500.00 gift cards and can’t seem to get in contact with Apple which are the gift cards..I am so upset about this.. I’m a 74 year old senior citizen and on a fixed income.
