The shop advertises 100% authentic luxury bags. I bought two Louis Vuitton bags from them and when I received them, the vachetta leather on both bags had been painted to hide wear. The painting of the untreated vachetta leather voids Louis Vuitton’s repair policy and makes the bag not 100% authentic. These bags have been painted by a third party, not Louis Vuitton. I do not want altered bags. They do not disclose the alterations before buying. Now the shop refuses to accept returns.
