Ordered a deep freezer off of Amazon over a month ago, some how today at 12pm it said my package was delivered at 4:10pm I contacted the seller via email, have received zero response. The tracking number provided was JCEYL0500023588YQ

Website is www.jcex.com has conflicting delivery information, stating it was delivered to the US post office in Selmer, TN it was infact not delivered.
