I purchased this belt buckle as a Christmas present, and after it was marked as delivered it never showed up. We checked our cameras and saw no evidence of it ever being delivered. After several exchanges with the support email provided (which I am fairly certain was an AI chatbot) they refused to give me a refund for the product and then promptly stopped replying to my emails altogether. I lost $94 on a Christmas present that I never received. This is clearly an international company, although I am not sure from where.
