I ordered acrylic markers on Oct. 18, 2025. First of Nov. I received info that it was shipped. Waited until mid Nov for a delivery that never came. Attempted to contact this company via email...silence. On Dec. 1, I sent another email demanding a full refund. Dec 10, received a reply from "Lena" who claimed she had put in for a refund, would let me know when it was approved....now silence. This company is not answering any emails....
