Paid for Rock Stepper fitness equipment on November 12, 2025. Lhanel Fit claimed it was a preorder and they would ship in 3-5 weeks. I sent an email on December 10th to follow up on potential tracking information. They responded on November 12, 2025 and again told me that it would take 3-5 weeks from the original order date (11/12/25) and they were “working diligently” to get my order out ASAP. It is now January 5, 2026, which is 7 1/2 weeks after the initial order date, I have heard absolutely nothing from Lhanel Fit about my purchase, or shipment information. That is $139.94 out of my pocket that is lost.
