I order a clothing through their Facebook site. The payment was made through Apple Pay and billed to my Mastercard. Their email stated a 2-4 week delivery. In November, 2025 I started a email thread asking where my order was and when I could expect its delivery. I sent several emails asking for updated and status. After a couple of responses, they has just been sending a boilerplate response that they are "looking into the delay." I have contacted the credit card company and file a dispute also. The clothing never arrived and I don't expect it to.
