I took an it test on MYIQ.com and agreed to pay .99 which was billed to my EBay account. I noticed that they continued to bill me $29.99 for 2 more months. I tried to cancel 4 days after the most recent charge of $29.99 and ask for a refund of the last charge since I have never used it since the initial $.99 charge and they cancelled my account but did not refund the last charge. I could not even get into the website to ask for refund. I asked eBay and my credit card to block any further charges from them but would appreciate a refund. I did not realize they would automatically bill me forever once I took the first test. My oversight I guess but very sneaky and poor business practice not to refund although there is no way to request the refund.
