I cancelled my subscription before the payment date, but it still got paid, and I was told my subscription was cancelled just after it was paid. I emailed the company directly for a refund on 12/04/2025, to which they asked for several pieces of information that were provided. On 12/08/2025 I was told the information I provided was useful and that my refund would be ensured. Multiple check-ins and replies went by and they said it was still on the way. Today I tried asking about the refund and was told they needed the same information as before. I was told twice today that the refund is in the works, and to expedite it they would need information I already provided multiple times. They then started spamming replies within seconds of each other all vaguely the same, hinting to the replies being AI. I asked for a human more than once and was once again asked for more information.
