Order: #****** I never received an order placed to Noirvere—an online retailer—on 12/20/25. The status has been the same since 12/29/25—“…processing in Linden, NJ.” I’ve emailed several times, complained all over company’s social media, completed a survey company emailed me, reached out to the survey creator, and have not received a single response! I would call the “store” but no phone number is given on their website. I’ve found two emails. The one I entered in this complaint as well as: contact@noirvere.com. I’ve emailed both addresses. There are many similar complaints online about this company. I can no longer log into my account, I receive an error code. This company is a scam!
