Ordered from website and received text that money was due. Paid the money and was told to wait for next steps. recieved a text asking for deposit for tags due to sensitivity of delivery. paid the money for the tags. inquired a week later about the shipment and was told that another $500 was due to to customs charge. Refused to pay the additional shipping and ask for a refund. Was told it was not refundable and for the shipment to move forward will need to pay the $500. Did not pay and they are refusing to refund.
