China based company but runs out of Oklahoma full address and everything.so I was using WhatsApp talk to the guy on the phone and all knew the business well proved to seem legit. Proceeded with funds through Zelle. Zelle name sent to was

Brooklyn Bordeaux phone number 616-210-5536. Said this was the sales manager and from there will get receipt and order number. Sent legit invoice invoices pre hand.

Bought 2 of the product in a bundle deal, from an online website I assumed was within the country, stating a “satisfaction guarantee” with my products. Received the products and I can’t wear them and when I offered to return them in exchange for my money back they told me that’s not something they do. They said it was a company policy to not offer refunds. So now I’m out $50 and stuck with two garbage bonnets that I can’t wear, use, or gift bc it is quite literally impossible for this to fit on anyone’s head.

There was an online ad for an app trial. During the enrollment process, there were multiple upsells that I declined. So I was surprised when there was not just the $5.49 trial fee, but also a $47 charge. I only received a receipt for the $5.49, as well. I contacted their support and was told it was for a custom pdf. They said I had been emailed a link to download. I responded that I had not intended to purchase this, had not accessed it, and to please cancel. They refused. I would have remembered seeing a total that high when I completed the transaction. But that was not the total. A quick search online shows many people have had this same experience.
