Online Purchase - Unwanted Subscription Scam Reviews

This company charges a $1.99 fee for a test, which I authorized, but then signs you up for a $19.99/month subscription, which I did not authorize. Although there is an option to cancel your subscription on their website, the reason I am reporting this is because they have no means of contacting them via customer support. When you read through their terms and customer support information, there's no phone number, full address, email, chat/text, or any means of contacting a person associated with this company. The only information they provide is a postal code for Australia. I am concerned that my cancelation attempt won't be honored with no means of contacting anyone. I wanted a refund for the charge I did not authorize, but there's no means for me to do that.

I placed an order using a correct shipping address. The package reached my local USPS facility, but USPS informed me the seller had placed an incorrect or false address on the physical package, causing it to be marked “Return to Sender.” USPS was unable to recover the package.

Afterward, I discovered the company automatically enrolled me in a $30-per-month membership without clear disclosure during checkout. This information appears only in small print within the Shipping FAQ. I found multiple similar complaints from other consumers describing the same issue.

I contacted the company by email to cancel the membership and request a refund but received no response. The website lists no customer service phone number.

I searched for a way to get public records. It was advertised as only costing $1 or $5 for the record which I paid using my credit card. Then I started getting recurring charges that I did not sign up for or authorize. It started as $5 an increased to $20 twice a month. I noticed two months later and disputed the charges with my credit card company. I also called the number on the charge and got a woman on the phone who said she closed my account.

I took an online IQ test via Facebook when you hit a paywall upon completion. The results are only a dollar. They will then set you up, without authorization, for a recurring fee of 29.99 monthly.

The company charges $66 a month but does not provide emails or reminders to the purchaser and when I saw the charge, less than 24 hours, I asked for a reversal of the one charge and the refused
