I ordered a wedding dress through this site. They never sent confirmation for the product, they took the funds and then when I go back online, it's saying I have no orders. I am disputing this through my credit card.

This was advertised as a puppy that could do multiple lifelike movements. In reality, it is very small & requires 2batteries that enable it to make a sound & barely move—no doubt an AI mis representation! Totally fraudulent!!

It was for dentures. Said you just put in hot water and they would mold to your gums. But all that was sent were little pieces of teeth looking things and beads was just junk.

The website harperandrowechicago.com is engaging in deceptive business practices by intentionally misrepresenting its identity, age, and location to defraud consumers. The site markets itself as a long-standing American brand, claiming to have been 'established in 1999,' yet domain records and site data show it is a recently created entity with no historical presence. Furthermore, while the site uses 'Chicago' in its name and branding to imply domestic operations, it is a drop-shipping front that ships low-quality goods directly from China. This lack of transparency regarding the business's origin and the falsification of its operational history are being used to mislead customers into making purchases under false pretenses.

I purchased a tool advertised on social media. I received an invalid tracking number and never received the item. I reported to paypal and the seller also provided them proof of shipment via what I assume was a fake tracking number.

I must have bought something for Christmas. I really can not say what as I bought lots and lots of stuff online mostly through ads on facebook, tik tok, instagram. I received notice from Discover for a charge of 29.99 in November and as I could not recall what all I ordered and where I accepted it. Same notice from Discover again on Dec. 27 and I knew full and well I did not order or waiting for any product and denied the charge. Went on Oak and Cedar website and saw something about "membership" and knew that was not what I signed up for. I cancelled my, unbeknown to me, membership. Got in contact with Discover and received new credit card and hope this charge does not show up again.

I ordered as Christmas gifts, on December 6, 2025, a set if Mini Travel Jewelry bags (4), that appeared to be made of suede in the picture. The quality of the bags, as they appeared in a short video on their website, was suede and looked very nice. I then received multiple emails saying they were in transit. Fake tracking numbers, and an email stating that they were being held in customs in Iceland. I asked for a refund over and over, and got the run around on why it couldn't be refunded, and they claimed it was still on it's way. On December 29th, I received a package with some small jewelry pouches that are made from felt. Sub standard. I would never give those as gifts to anyone! Still trying to get a refund.
