I signed up to use this APP for the trial period. I agreed to pay 9.99. I cancelled the subscription after I used the App and before the trial period was up because I didn't want to pay the 19.99 per month to use this APP and didn't really like it. They continued to charge me 19.99 every month for 6 more months until I happened to look under subscriptions and saw they were charging me. Now they won't return my money and are saying I never cancelled prior to trial period ending, when I know I did. I want my money back.
