I found this site online to get a property report from public databases. The checkout did not say I was signing up for a monthly subscription. My first charge was on 10/02 for a total of $16 for a one-time receipt of 3 different reports. Then in October and November of 2025 I was charge $5 twice each month. In December and January it was increased to $20 twice each month. I never signed up for a subscription service. And, when you access your account online there is no way to cancel it. I finally got to customer service via chat and closed my account. This is a total scam
