Hotel Planner or reserve2.hotelguides.com/Res/ has deceptive websites that trick people into thinking they are using the hotel's website. I can't even tell who I did business with. The receipts are just as deceptive as the website. I had no idea I wasn't booking with the hotel directly. I paid for refund insurance because my plans were tentative and whomever I did business with won't refund my reservation when my plans changed.
