We contacted All Patio Furniture via telephone and arranged for the furniture to be refinished. They picked up the furniture and we agreed to pay in cash to secure a discount. Furniture was picked up on November 20, 2025. They advised us the refinishing would take 4-6 weeks. I made several calls to attempt to find out the delivery date. On January 6 ,2026 there was recording saying "The person you are trying to contact is not available, please try later." I tried later and got the same message. I tried each day and got the same message. On January 9 the message changed to:

"This number has been changed, disconnected, or is no longer in service."
