Placed an order for several different diffuser oil scents on December 7th for a Christmas gift (shipping 5-7 days). Here it is January 7th and still no order. We have called and emailed the company numerous times. Now, they charged the credit card for a monthly subscription! Customer service has no answers whatsoever. Trying to cancel order and get refund now. This is a scam!!
