I ordered online through the website and never received confirmation of tracking information. I tried to cancel my order several times because I had not heard back and was given automatic messages stating the order was already shipped and fulfilled and never received tracking information. Eventually I received an email saying the package was delivered and that the company is not responsible for stolen packages although I never received any information regarding tracking until 10 days after the package was reportedly “delivered”. I reached out several times before said delivery date and was still never given a tracking number or anything to track where the order was until their final email stating they were not resposible for lost or stolen packages.
