I saw an add on Instagram about a Christmas deal for a heated robe with foot pockets. I ordered 2 of them and then they disappeared. No shipping updates at all and no one to contact. I ended up getting it over a month later and it was just a poor quality robe with no heater or foot pockets. I tried to return it and they only allow contact through their website. They don't send an email confirmation confirming they received your request and they never contact you about it.

Purchased two SnuggleWarm HeatHug Blankets which are advertised (shown in the company's ads and on company's website) as being an oversized, plush heated blanket having "heated foot pockets" (ie. an oversized blanket having pockets in which your feet are inserted). Blanket is shown as being heated and having a handheld heating control mechanism. What I received was an undersized, thin robe with no heated foot pockets, no heating mechanism, and no handheld heating control mechanism. I quick online goggle search reveals many other dissatisfied customers having the same experience.

My husband saw these ads on Facebook and ordered a couple for myself and our son for Christmas. I was anticipating the advertised product with the heater, foot pockets, and to be adult size. What in received were 2 plain child sized snuggle style wearable blankets with zero features. No heat, no foot pockets. I immediately emailed the company and have not heard back. Absolutely ludicrous. It also isn't listed anywhere that the product is shipping from China. Total waste do not purchase.

Ordered a Snuggle Warm blanket after seeing an advertisement on social media, (Facebook and Instagram). Was directed to the snuglewarm.com site and ordered a blanket for a Christmas gift. Sent an e-mail after waiting a couple of weeks, wanting to know the status of my order. The site showed the order was placed on December 19th and that it is waiting to be picked up by the Carrier in China. The Currier is 17Track and it doesn't show that anything is in transit. The company website is listed in Beverly Hills, California and does not advertise their product is not shipping from the United States. The first e-mail response from SnuggleWarm regurgitated the information I already know, which is, I have not received my paid product.

This is a bait and switch company. They claim to offer an electric blanket that you wear. They switch the product to a non heated cheap blanket and when you contact them to get a refund they make you pay to ship the crappy item back to them.
