I watched a video to get the receipt for gelatine weight loss. Video promised to give ingredient you have at home. After watching they had formula (drops) instead. This stated weight loss would start immediately. I placed order for six month supply. Then started getting emails from Sarah Williams, specialist in women's metabolic services. Each time there was another product needed to see that these drops worked. I have sent 2 emails asking for a cancellation of my order and a refund to my credit card that I felt like this was a scam. I have not received any response. I cannot find any phone number to call this site. In my last email I stated I would be filing a claim with the BBB.
