I get multiple calls from multiple phone numbers every day all day that go to my voicemail and constantly leave the same message, talking about closing a loan that I never applied for

I do not know if this is a scam, given that I won't talk to them. That said, they call twice a day and leave a message from "Sally Foster with TD Lending Union underwriting. I've tried to connect prior to the new year, wasn't able. Your file shows you're nearly approved for $59,000. To finalize, call 866-959-0957. " There are other versions of the same recording. I have not applied for a loan with them, but applied for a loan earlier in the summer and it's clear that my information was shared to multiple possible loan businesses or predators (not sure which). At the very least, it's a significant nuisance/harassment.

They have been calling from multiple numbers from multiple states in the United States claiming that I have been nearly approved for a loan for $59,000 and this is the underwriting department and we've been trying to get in touch with you before the end of the year but have been unable to reach you please give us a call back
