Website gave a description of an item in pictures and also listed prices. Items were not as pictured and they charged more than agreed on. I’ve reached out to them on several occasions and no one responds.

I ordered the weighted heated cow, video shows it to be at least 24" long. It's Not weighted, no way to heat and maybe 10" long, very cheap feeling.

I attempted to contact them but every time I click submit ticket, I doesn't exist. The purchase was to be around $14, they first took $24.97 then a week later another $39.97. I reported fraud to my bank. I have received back $39.97 so far.

They have no phone number to contact them. I found them on TikTok where they are totally scamming people.
