"Said they are giving me a personal loan of upto $59, Underwritting opened up and rates have went down. You have contacted up in the past please call us." I keep blocking all the nunbers they are colling from but they seem to find another number to call from. I have NEVER contacted them and not sure how they got my info. I have asked them several times to take me off the list and they hang up.
