Ive ordered off the tiktok shop and this is the second time where uniuni was the company handling my package and the item goes missing in transit. I email uniuni, they say they never recieved the package from yanwen, but when tracking the package on yanwens tracking site it says package delivered for lastmile delivery. Ive tried calling the customer service number, it says no available representatives at this time and hangs up. Im not sure which company is at fault, but when the packages are handed off from yanwen to uniuni they seem to go missing. Tiktok refunded my money thankfully. I still want to report uniuni in the hopes that something can be done to prevent this from happening in the future.
