This was advertised as a stretching mat with 6 expanding air chambers to adjust the back. When it arrived it looked nothing like the product that was advertised. It had none of the features that were shown on the website. It wasn’t even the same color nor did it bear any identification name from the company. It looked like an extremely cheap plastic mat that just vibrated poorly. For $299…. A complete scam. When I contacted the company, I was informed I would be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item, which is about 1/3 of what the item cost. And we shall see if they decide to refund me. I haven’t heard anything from the company. This is unacceptable and a a fraudulent transaction and business.
