I received a letter in the mail that had the walgreens logo on the envelope and letter - it is formatted to look like a statement requesting payment for my flu shot from last year (2022). It does have the correct date of the vaccination so I'm not sure if any of my other information was stolen as well. There is no website for payment, only a part to tear off and send in with a check or card information. I looked up the Walgreens customer service number on the official website and called corporate and was told to check with my local store where I had the flu shot, so I called the local store and they confirmed that I do not have a balance or owe anything for the flu shot. I'm attaching a picture of the letter, I scribbled out my personal info only.
