ChatGPT suggested this company because of high ratings. Supposedly they make custom solid wood furniture. The website looks very good with 5.0 ratings. Before the checkout they claimed to take credit cards and all, but when I tried to actually pay for an item, only PayPal was an option. Their phone didn’t work (and since my purchase they already changed the phone number, - this one no one answers either). I was promised to get my item in about 10 days via messaging. It’s been a month and I didn’t get as much as a tracking number or any other viable information. Tried multiple times to get an answer by calling their numbers and by asking via chat box.. Someone texted me back after not picking up the call, in very poor English asking what I needed and again after promising to provide info, never got back to me. I have filed a claim through PayPal and want to report this company here as well. They are total fraud and a scam.
