I've done numerous attempt to get a hold of them via several different email addresses connected to the order & its impossible to track the order although it's got both a tracking number and both the site and confirmation e-mail says its possible to track as well that they will get back to you within 24 hours if mailing customer service which I've done for several weeks now with no success.
